For the past 30 years Bruce has represented individuals and businesses in a broad range of litigation, developing expertise in real estate, condemnation, landlord/tenant relations, and toxic contamination. He has lectured in continuing education courses for lawyers, testified before the State Senate Judiciary Committee on legislation affecting property owners, handled a landmark case before the California Supreme Court and spoken before prominent professional organizations. He is licensed to practice before all California courts, federal courts in California, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
